Naturally Network is the national organization for the natural and organic consumer product industry.
We champion CPG founders and professionals, service providers, suppliers, investors, and their supporters. Our community spans the full spectrum of the natural and organic products industry, including food, beverage, beauty, products, supplements, and more.
Our network emerged out of a growing regional need to support passionate leaders on a national level. Today we have over 5,000 members and more than 20,000 entrepreneurs in our community consistently engaging with our programming.
Naturally Network started as a support system in Boulder, Colorado, and now serves to improve and facilitate positive change for our industry nationwide.

Leadership
Katrina Tolentino, Executive Director
Katrina is an award-winning executive director and has successfully led and scaled multiple innovative nonprofits. Most recently, she was the ED at Naturally Austin where she launched the M/O Fellowship, a 6-month program that accelerates diverse founders, and the Women in CPG Summit. Both programs became a national Naturally Network program in 2022. She is bringing 18+ years of experience and expertise in community building and engagement, program and service innovation, event production, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.
Debi Goldman, Senior Director, Community Engagement
Debi is a seasoned swiss army knife that has played integral roles in the success of CPG brands and programs. Most recently, she was an early team member at Beatbox Beverages, helping to scale the company from 15 employees to 75 in her operations role. Through that relationship, she also supported the formation and launch of Naturally Austin. She is bringing more than 25 years of nonprofit program, operations, and fundraising experience. She has a long history of fair trade advocacy, sales, and program implementation, and most notably has sat on Boards and held Executive Director positions at Ten Thousand Villages.

Since starting with our first affiliate, Naturally Boulder, we have grown to support eight affiliate cities across the country. The makeup of each affiliate is representative of its unique local culture but all affiliates share in the idea that we are a community that advances conscious business practices for the natural and organic products industry.
